Bringing The Branch to your studio is intentionally simple..because studio owners already wear enough hats. Let’s break down the process:

Step 1: Event Type

First, we talk about your vision. Do you want:

  • An Open Event (Open to the public & other studios)

  • A Closed Event (Open to your studio only)

We’ll help you decide what works best your you, your dancers, and your community.

Step 2: Space and Schedule

Next, we plan your day.

We discuss your space and choose between:

  • Full day (8/9 am - 4-5 pm)

  • Half day (Approximately 4 hours of classes)

We tailor the schedule to fit the needs of your dancers and your studio.

Step 3: Locking in Your Date

Once the date is chosen a deposit secures your date on our calendar.

Congrats, your event is officially booked! Easy & stress free.

Step 4: We handle the details

This is where we take over. From here we will:

  • Book Branch Faculty

  • Handle Travel & Accommodations

  • Create the Class Schedule

You don’t have to coordinate anything behind the scenes. Let us help you!

Step 5: Simple Registration

Your only job? Send us the following:

  • Dancer Names

  • Dancer Grades

That’s it! We organize the registration and handle the rest.
